The ACQS is made up primarily of university professors from across the United States who have an active interest in Québec's history, literature, politics, language, and culture. This interest is manifested through articles published in Québec Studies and presentations made at the bienniel conference. Even though the ACQS is based in the United States it does draw members from around the globe.
